1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla; beat until fully combined and creamy.

Pour filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set at the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.

While the pie bakes, mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla for the topping.

Remove pie from oven and spread topping evenly over the warm filling.

Return to oven and bake 5 more minutes.
